Use:
- Lift top and bra, or lower nursing flaps, wrap strap securely in front, spin around, pull up placing openings over the chest, insert pump flanges and start pumping
- If nursing and pumping at the same time, either pull the breast through the opening or use the included bra strap to keep the Pump Strap in place and pull the side of the Pump Strap down under the breast that you are going to nurse from
- Opening of the velcro can be loud, if you are near a sleeping baby - when finished pumping, simply stretch out the Pump strap and pull it over your head without opening the closure
